Vacation Flex Program

You are eligible to elect an additional week of vacation time in lieu of one week’s pay. The amount of additional vacation time made available to you is based on the standard number of hours you work per week as of January 1st of the participating plan year.

For example, if you earn $52,000 per year you will see an after-tax payroll deduction equal to one-week’s salary ($1,000) taken from your check in equal amounts over the year.
