• Broadridge pays the full cost of this program.
• Coverage becomes effective on the first day of active employment.
• Basic Life Insurance coverage amount is based upon your current salary.

Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

• All regular associates, working 32 or more hours per week, are provided with AD&D insurance equal to 1.5 times their annual base salary.
• The cost of this insurance is completely paid by Broadridge and becomes effective on the first day of active employment.
• AD&D Insurance benefits will be paid for loss of life, limbs or sight within 365 days of an accident.
